How much does cleaning cost?
Every building is different, so Riley's quotes after a free walkthrough. We talk through the type of facility, its size, your schedule and anything specific you need, then give you an accurate quote. There's no obligation.
What happens at the walkthrough?
Someone from Riley's meets you at your building at the time you booked. You show us the space and tell us what matters to you. Before our first cleaning visit we'll tell you anything you need to know.
When can the walkthrough be?
Any day of the week between 7 AM and 9 PM. Pick a time in the booking form and Riley's will call or text to confirm it.
Do I need to buy supplies?
No. We bring the supplies and equipment the job needs, so you don't have to stock a storage closet with cleaning products.
Do you use eco-friendly products?
When there's an eco-friendly alternative that does the job, we use it. Some heavy-duty cleaning calls for stronger products, and then we choose the most suitable one for the environment.
Who will be cleaning my building?
Riley's own staff. Our cleaners represent us in your building, so we vet and train them to the standards of our industry.
Do I have to be there while you clean?
Only if you want to be. We can clean while you're on site or after you've gone home. Tell us which you prefer and we'll schedule around it.
Will I have the same cleaner every time?
Not always. We can't promise the same person on every visit, but our staff are used to working in all kinds of facilities and adapt quickly.
